摘　　要： 法治中国建设在构建和谐社会的过程中具有基础性意义,而法律信仰作为现代法治精神内核以及法治中国建设的终极目标,是构建和谐社会的观念基础。法律信仰的形成发展是一个具有历史性的渐进过程,同时又是社会有意识地选择的结果,因此具有社会性。以农村地区法律信仰为研究对象,从法律信仰的概念和农村地区法律信仰缺失的表现入手分析查找原因,力求寻找培植农村地区法律信仰的基本思路,并针对我国法律信仰建设的不足提出相关建议,以期培植我国村民的法律信仰,推动法治中国建设进程。 The legalized China construction has the fundamental significance in the process of constructing harmonious society.The legal faithfulness as the core of the modern legal spirit and the final goal of the legalized China construction is the rudimental concept in the construction of a harmonious society.The process and the development of the legal faithfulness is not only a historic ongoing process but also a consciously-chosen result of the society,which possesses socialized features.The paper focuses on the study of the people who are lack of law conviction in the countryside by the way of analyzing the social phenomenon of the people in rural area. The author tries hard to find out the basic thinking to educate the people who should build up law conviction,and puts forward the suggestions of the related legal systems in rural area.In this way,we will build up the law conviction of the people in the countryside and make progress of the legal systems in our society.
