摘　　要： 1932年伪满洲国成立,日伪在关东军武力保护和政治操控下吞并引领中国东北民族经济的支柱金融机构"四行号"及其他银行,于当年6月设立伪满洲中央银行(文中简称伪满央行)。在其存在的14年里,伪满央行经历了奠定基础、扩展活动、走向灭亡的三个阶段,且根据战争的推进和时局的变化,伪满央行的金融侵略活动具有鲜明的阶段性特点和殖民地性质。日本利用这一御用工具对东北进行疯狂掠夺,其所掠夺的资源用于战争,给中国东北的民族经济和人民造成深重灾难。 The puppet state of Manchuria was established in 1932. In order to grab our monetary and financial power of the northeast economy,Japanese invaders and their vassal annex other four pillar financial system founded by the national capital of Northeast China. Then,the Central Bank of Manchuria in the Kwantung Army's control(referred to as puppet central bank) has been established in June at same year.As the 'National Bank',in its 14 years of existence,it had experienced three stages: lay the foundation,expansion and death. By the process of war and circumstance,the Central Bank of Manchuria's financial aggression activities has displayed distinct character in different stages and revealed the evil nature of its colonial financial institutions.Japanese invaders used The Central Bank of Manchuria as a plunder tool to seize resources supporting their invasion war,which caused grave disaster to the national economy and the people of Northeast China.
