摘 要: 汉语言文化是中华民族的精神传承、历史积淀。汉语言文化国际传播是彰显国家软实力的重要途径。近年来,尤其随着"一带一路"建设的深入开展,学习和传播汉语言文化成为世界范围内兴起的一股新潮流。新媒体是社会政治、经济、文化的触角,为语言文化国际传播提供了新的方式,促进了多元文化的对接。在新媒体语境下,汉语言文化国际传播过程中产生了新语言文化现象,显示出传播新特征,基于新现象、新特征,结合汉语言文化国际传播的优势及存在问题,突出特色,发挥优势,才能使汉语言文化更有效地国际传播。 Chinese culture is the spiritual inheritance and historical accumulation of Chinese people.The international diffusion of Chinese culture is an important way to exemplify the Chinese soft power. In recent years,with the further development of construction of 'one belt,one road',the study and spread of Chinese culture has become a new trend and fashion throughout the world.New media is the tentacle of social politics,economy and culture,providing new method for the spread of Chinese culture and increasing the chances of multicultural interface.Under the new media circumstances,new cultural phenomena and new features of communication emerge during the diffusion of Chinese culture.Basing on the new phenomena,new features and being informed of the advantages and problems of Chinese culture diffusion,efficient Chinese culture diffusion can be achieved through highlighting the features and making full use of the advantages.
