摘　　要： 痫病是一种反复发作性神志异常的病证。文章将马融教授治疗热痫的临证经验进行总结,提出"三焦分治"热痫的治疗思想,认为其成因为外感热邪、积而化热、火热内生,病理因素以热邪为主,兼夹风、湿、痰邪,病位在上焦之肺、中焦之脾胃及大肠、下焦之肝肾,其病机为热盛,炼痰,生风,治疗原则为清热、豁痰、息风,分别选用银翘散、凉膈散、葛根芩连汤、风引汤化裁。 Epilepsy is a syndrome of recurrent consciousness disorder. This article summarized the clinical experience of professor MA Rong in the treatment of hot epilepsy, and proposed the therapy thought of ‘treating hot epilepsy from sanjiao based on syndrome differentiation'. The causes of this disease include exogenous heat pathogen, heat stagnation, and endogenous fire formation. The pathological factors of this disease are mainly heat pathogen, accompanying wind, dampness and phlegm pathogen. The disease is mainly in lung of upper jiao, spleen, stomach and large intestine of middle jiao, liver and kidney of lower jiao. The pathogenesis is heat exuberance, refining phlegm and endogenous wind. The principles of treatment are clearing heat, eliminating phlegm and stopping wind, so Yinqiao Powder, Liangge Powder, Gegen Qinlian Decoction and Fengyin Decoction were selected respectively.
