摘　　要： 地方戏曲是一种根植于农村、发展于农村的文化样式。地方戏曲公共文化服务平台的建设,对于优秀文化传播、农民文化娱乐、地方文化传承都具有重要的意义。但是,由于建设地方戏曲公共文化服务平台的认识不到位,相关体制不完善,地方戏曲公共文化服务平台的建设问题多多。为此,地方政府应加强对戏曲演出基础设施的建设和监管,使戏曲能够有充足的展示空间和平台;进行管理改革,实行政府买单企业演出的服务新模式;注重地方戏曲人才的培养和地方戏曲内容与形式的改革。 The local opera is a special form of culture which is rooted and developed in the rural areas. The construction of a public cultural service platform for local operas has great significance in spreading the good culture, providing the peas- ants with cultural recreation, and inheriting the rural culture. However, for lack of a full understanding of building the plat- form and a perfect system, many problems exist during the process of construction. Therefore, the government should strengthen the construction and supervision of infrastructure for the opera show so as to offer enough space and suitable plat- form for it. Furthermore, the government must reform the administration by adopting a new service model of ＂Government Pays for Enterprises＇ Performance＂, and also reform the cultivation of local opera talents as well as the contents and forms of the opera.
