摘　　要： 大学行政化是当下我国大学诸种乱象的重要诱因,其成因既涉及高度集权的高等教育行政与大学管理体制及科层制管理模式等制度与管理层面,也牵涉国家意识层面对大学本质与功能认知的偏差,以及官本位思想浓厚、大学文化缺失等文化心理因素。相应地,要根治大学行政化之弊,须以系统论的观点为指导,从多学科的视野出发,建构良性的思想文化与制度体系。 Universities＇ administrativeness is an important incentive for all kinds of current chaos in our universities.The causes why universities are all administrative not only involve in the highly-centralized higher educational administrative system and university administration system,and the bureaucratic management mode in higher education,but also touch the cognitive mistakes about universities＇ nature and function in national consciousness and other cultural or psychological factors such as the dense officer-oriented thoughts and the absence of university culture.Accordingly,in order to correct the drawback of universities＇ administrativeness,it is necessary to construct correct ideology and culture,and effective administrative and management systems from a multidisciplinary perspective based on guidance of the system theory.
