摘　　要： 根据当前世界职业教育“从定界到跨界扩展”的发展趋势，结合我国高职院校大力推进协同创新的时代背景，借鉴新加坡南洋理工学院无界化管理理念与实践个案，运用物理--事理--人理系统方法论，探讨了高职院校无界化管理的内涵、意义和路径。 This article has discussed the connotation, significance and methods of no-boundary management in higher vocational colleges. The research has taken the concept of no-boundary management and cases in Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic International as reference. It is based on methodology of Physics-Affairs-Human being （or WSR method）. The study is based on the current trend of world wide vocational education, which is from fixed-border to cross-border extensions, with regard to the present background of implementing the collaborative-innovation.
