摘 要: 21世纪初,因为科研在大学排名指标和利益分配机制中的权重不断加重,我国不少师范院校都开始寻求向研究型大学的方向转型。与此同时,高校青年教师数量迅猛增长,“青椒”成为高校科研产出的重要力量。本文考察了这种时空交集下的一所省属师范大学的转型战略行动以及该校三位具有典型性“青椒”的学术行动情况。文章指出师范院校“科研挂帅”的转型战略主要是出于应对国家高等教育资源分配机制的改变,转型前景未明并面临丢失教师教育特色的风险。这场组织转型带来师范院校的场域支配原则的变化,使得身在其中的“青椒”因拥有资本类型的不同而出现了个体分化并产生不同的学术行动策略。 In the beginning of twenty-first Century, because of the increasing weight of scientific research in university ranking index and benefit distribution mechanism, many Chinese normal universities have begun to seek transformation to the direction of the research university. At the same time, the number of young college teachers in China has been rapid growth and become an important force in the university scientific research output. This study examines the strategic lransformation action of a Provincial Normal University and the academic action of three typical young teachers in this school. This study think that "research command" transformation strategy in normal universities is mainly for coping with scientific research competition and in accordance with the "legitimacy mechanism", the success of restructuring prospects remain unclear, but fhces the risk of losing the characteristics of teacher education. This transtbrmation brought about changes of game rules in the university field, and making young college teacher groups with different types of capital produce different academic action strategies.
