摘　　要： 开放数据是通过释放数据来实现资源共享并创造价值,关联数据则是借助数据之间的相关性进行关联以促进资源的共享和重用,并为用户提供丰富的数据链接网。本文对开放数据的相关性进行研究,构建开放数据的相关性四维模型,从数据资源（两维）、时间和RDF三元组四个维度解析数据之间的相关性,并基于不同角度分析相关性价值,对于政府数据开放具有一定的实践意义和应用价值。 Open data can realize resources sharing and creates more value through data release, linked Data aims to promote resource sharing and reuse by finding the relevance between data, and to provide users with abundant data link net- work. This paper studies the relevance of open data and builds the relevance model and analyzes the relevance from four dimensions, data resources （2 dimensions）, time dimension and RDF triples, and then evaluates the correlation values from different angles. The relevance of open data has practical significance and value for Open Government Data.
