摘 要: 众创时代高校科研团队创新失败比普通的团队失败更具碎片化、复杂性和离散性,教师从创新失败中重新崛起是一个更具特殊价值的学习过程。本文在厘清高校科研团队创新中失败学习内涵的基础上,探究了失败学习与高校科研团队创新能力建设的逻辑关系,并从创新失败的识别与归因、创新失败的修复与调节、创新能力的实践与提升等三阶段。分析了失败学习促进高校科研团队创新能力提升的演化过程。最后从创设宽容失败的环境,构建高校科研团队创新的支撑体系;培育失败学习的基因,催生高校科研团队工作的逆序创新;建立创新学习共同体,提升高校科研团队创新的共生能力等方面提出引导失败学习促进高校科研团队创新能力提升的实践路径。 The innovation failure in higher school research teams are more complex and fragmented than the failure in ordinary team. Therefore, how to get over the innovation failure has distinctive meanings for the teachers. Based on the learning lessons from the innovation failures, the study attempts to analyze the logic relations between learning from failure and the research team's innovation capacity building, and concludes that learning from the failure could make contribution to the innovation capacity of research teams from three stages, namely, failure identification and attribution, repair and adjustment, the practice of innovation ability and its upgrading. Finally it is suggested that the supporting system for the research teams should be established; the establishment of learning community should be achieved;the innovation of university scientific research teamshould be enhanced.
