摘　　要： 伴随着高等教育规模扩张，大学毕业生就业形势不容乐观，其中最为突出的是高职院校毕业生就业问题。要实现高职院校毕业生的充分就业，即有业可就、有业畅就、有业能就和有业乐就，可以通过增加就业岗位、改善就业环境、培养就业能力与转变就业观念等路径实现。 With the expanding of the scale in higher education, the employment situation of university graduates is not optimistic, among which the employment of higher vocational university graduates is the most prominent. In order to realize the full employment of higher vocational university graduates, that is, there are employers for employees; employment can be done smoothly; employees can be employed and employees are pleased to be employed, we can choose the approaches such as adding employment posts, improving employment environment, cultivating employment ability and changing employment concepts, etc.
