摘　　要： 结合GIS从用地形态、区位条件、交通条件和公共设施等多个方面,对全国第一次地理国情普查广东试点区高明区的＂三旧＂改造地块进行综合分析,并构建改造潜力评价指标体系,采用多因素综合评价模型对改造地块进行潜力分析,划分五个等级并实现改造地块潜力等级的空间定位。研究结论认为：1高明区全区＂三旧＂改造地块改造潜力主要集中在中等潜力级别;2高明区改造潜力呈现由西南往东北地区逐渐升高的趋势;3景观格局、公共设施完备度和区位条件成为限制潜力的最主要因素。 The purpose of this paper is to develop a Three-Old Renovation evaluation index system, in order to analyze the renovation potential of the Three-Old land, divide the potential levels into five grades and realize the spatial orientation of the potential levels. The indexes include the land form, the geographical conditions, the traffic conditions, the public facilities and the other aspects of the affecting factors. Method employed is multi-factor comprehensive analysis and case study. The results indicate that 1） the renovation potential mainly concentrated in the middle level; 2） the renovation potential presents a growth trend from southwest to northeast; 3） the main factors limit the renovation potential are the conditions of landscape pattern, public facilities and geographical position.
