摘　　要： 以广东省部产学研合作为背景，运用DEA—Tobit两步法，对广东省企业产学研合作创新效率及其影响因素进行了研究。研究发现，广东省企业产学研合作的综合技术效率不足，其主要原因来自于纯技术无效率。进一步对企业产学研合作创新效率影响因素的实证检验表明，企业吸收能力、政府对企业产学研合作的资助力度、企业规模和企业研发战略的开放度是影响企业产学研合作创新效率的重要因素。 Based on the background of university - industry collaboration in Guangdong Province, the innovation efficiency of enterprise universityindustry collaboration and its influencing factors is investigated using the Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） -Tobit twostep method. The results show that enterprise university -industry collaboration is inefficient in Guangdong Prov- ince due to the pure technical inefficiency. Furthermore, according to the empirical research on the influential factors of enterprise university - industry collaboration, the absorptive capacity of enterprises, government fund, enterprise - scale, and the openness of R＆D strategy are important factors to affect the efficiency of enterprise university - industry collaboration.
