企业员工组织信任影响因素的实证研究

摘  要: 本文以湖南省十家大中型企业251名员工为研究对象,对影响企业员工组织信任的因素进行了实证研究。相关分析表明:组织公平、组织气候、组织政治知觉、变革型领导与企业员工组织信任均存在显著的相关。而进一步的多元回归分析结果证实:组织公平、变革型领导对企业员工组织信任具有显著的正面影响;组织政治知觉对企业员工组织信任具有显著的负面影响;组织气候、组织变革知觉对企业员工组织信任的影响不显著。研究结果对于我国企业了解员工组织信任的影响因素,提高企业员工的组织信任水平提供了有益的借鉴与参考。 This paper chose 251 employees in large and medium enterprises in Hunan province as objects,a positive analysis was performed on the factors affecting their trust in the organization.The results showed that:there was a significant positive correlation between organizational justice,organizational climate,the perceptions of organizational politics,transformational leadership,and employees' organizational trust.And the further multiple regression analysis proved that:both organizational justice and transformational leadership provided a significant positive influence on organizational turst,while the perceptions of organizational politics made a significant negative influence on organizational trust,organizational climate and the perception of organizational transformation made a insignificant influence on organizational trust.This work may provide a useful reference for companies to understand the factors influencing employees' organizational trust,and to raise the level of employees' organizational trust.
