摘 要: 近年来,以“课目教育学知识”为基础,西方教师教育课程进行了一系列改革创新。在课程设计上,以发展教师课目教育学知识为导向重构已有课程,并增设各类课目教育学知识课程。在课程实施上,倡导“课目教育学识知”的教学理念,探索出双重作业驱动、五步认知引导和嵌入式实践等教学方式,开始关注师资的多方合作和教师教育者的培养。在课程评价上,明确了必须切实考察课目教育学知识的基本取向,开发了备课评价法和量规评价法等具体方法。我国的教师教育课程改革可以从中获得重要启示,从而凸显课目教育学知识的核心地位、完善教师教育课程体系,加强各门课目教育学知识的研究、充实教师教育课程内容,推动教师教育者的有效专业发展、优化教师教育师资队伍,重视教师课目教育学知识的评价、监控教师教育课程质量。 Recent years,based on the pedagogical content knowledge (PCK), a series of curriculum reforms and innovations have been initiated in western teacher education. In the curriculum design, oriented in developing teachers PCK, it tends to reconstruct the existing curriculum and offer more PCK coursework. In the curriculum implementation, it advocates the philosophy of pedagogical content knowing (PCKg), explores some instruction approaches to guide teaehers'PCK development, such as double-works driven method, five-steps cognitive method, and embedded practice method, and starts to focus on the multiple cooperation of teachers and the cultivation of teacher educators. While in the curriculum assessment, it attaches great importance to PCKassessment and develops the assessment ways like lesson preparation and PCK rubric. These innovations could enlighten our curriculum reform of teacher education, which includes: (1)highlighting the central position of PCK and improving the curriculum system of teacheredueation; (2) strengthening the PCK studies and enriching the content of teacher education curriculum; (3)promoting the professional development of teacher educators and enhancing the quality of teacher education faculty; (4) emphasizing the assessment of PCK and monitoring the effectiveness of teacher education courses.
