《追求有意义的闲暇生活——美国青少年问题行为预防课程“时间智慧”述论》

摘  要: 在积极心理学指引下,以自我决定理论等为基础,“时间智慧”课程得以创生,旨在帮助青少年明智管理闲暇时间,追求有意义的闲暇生活,进而预防一系列问题行为。课程内容主要是探索闲暇活动、认识我的动机和以兴趣胜无聊等20项活动,分为核心课程和强化课程两部分。课程实施重在开发多种资源,倡导可视学习,提出真实问题,开展小组学习和运用创意游戏。该课程带来了践行积极教育理念、关注弱势群体需求、凸显课程开发价值和重视理论基础支持等启示。 The program of "Time Wise" is produced in the light of positive psychology based on self- determination theory and other theories. Time Wise focuses on helping adolescents learn to take charge of their leisure time in the wise way and enjoy a meaningful leisure life, and then prevent a series of problem behaviors. The content of Time Wise is divided into core lessons and booster lessons, and consists of 20 activities, such as exploring leisure activities, checking out one's own motivation, beating boredom and developing interests, etc. The implementation of Time Wise focuses on developing a variety of learning materials, advocating learning through visualization, raising problems in real-life situations, carrying out group learning and designing creative games. This program provides us with valuable inspirations: implementing the philosophy of positive education, paying more attention to the demand of disadvantaged groups, highlighting the meaning of curriculum development and focusing on the foundation roles of theories.
