班额对教师课堂教学行为的影响

摘  要: 班额研究从早期的"投入-产出"思路,转向系统论视角下的"投入-转化-产出"研究,教师课堂教学行为是重要的中介变量。本研究探索了班额变化改变教师内隐和外显的教学行为,进而影响学生学业成就的内在转化过程。文章指出班额调控是一个硬件和软件并重的系统工程,实现由局部地区"降低班额政策"到全面推行"小班教学精神"的转变,并有针对性地加强对教师的"小班教学精神"的指导和培训是下一阶段我国班额调控中需要关注的重点。 Researches on class size, from the early thought of "input-output", have turned into the perspective of "input- conversion-output", and teaching behavior is the important mediating variable. The study examines the inner transformation of student achievements that influenced by the changes on the implicit and explicit teaching behaviors when class size changes. The purpose of this article is to raise the awareness that class size involves system change, aiming for physical and fiscal changes but also the improvement of teaching and learning that are occurring within the classrooms. Moving policies from "Reducing Class Size" in some areas to "Small Class Teaching" in the whole country and strengthening teacher training, the article will shed lights on future discussions and decision-making around the policies and practice of small class size in China.
