美国Stronge校长绩效评估体系的设计、运行与启示

摘  要: “评什么”和“如何评”是校长评价研究和实践的两大关键问题。作为目前美国广泛运用的系统之一,Stronge校长绩效评估体系在设计依据、指标选择、培训支持等方面集中体现了促进“学校发展、教师发展、学生发展”的设计思路。以Stronge体系为代表、以校长专业标准为依据和出发点、评估指标设计合理、校长全程浸入式参与、评价者深度介入、评价结果与绩效改进循环嵌入的评估体系,为我国校长考核评价方案的开发提供了宝贵经验。 What and how to evaluate are two key questions in principal evaluation research and practice. As one of the most widely implemented and validated evaluation systems, the Stronge Leader Effectiveness Performance Evaluation System is composed its rigorous design and training support, for the purpose of promoting school development, teacher development and student development. As one of the representative systems, the Strongc System provides valuable enlightenments for developing principal evaluation systems in China, which are based on principal professional standards, valid performance indicators, allowing for input from both principal and evaluator, and integrating accountability with performance improvement.
