摘 要: 本研究通过对比不同熟悉度的二语词汇联想反应探讨其心理词库的表征和发展特征。结果表明:(1)完全不熟悉的二语词也会诱发少量语义反应尤其是纵聚合反应;(2)有点熟悉到比较熟悉的词在语义反应大幅增加的同时,非语义反应并未减少;(3)随着词汇水平的发展,纵聚合反应增加的速度远快于横组合反应。笔者据此提出了二语心理词库的表征和发展模型,指出母语知识是二语心理词库中无法避免的存在;非语义联结即使到了较高语言阶段仍然是一个重要的词汇联结关系;横组合知识的增加应作为二语词汇发展的一个重要标志。 Aiming to investigate the developmental patterns of L2 mental lexicon and vocabulary acquisition,this study compares word association responses of words of different degrees of familiarity.The results show that:(1)A small proportion of semantic responses,especially paradigmatic responses,are elicited by words that are even unknown to L2 learners;(2)Words,whether they are slightly known or fairly well known,elicit a fairly comparable proportion of non-semantic and semantic responses;(3)Paradigmatic responses expands much faster than syntagmatic responses with the increase of proficiency.A development model is proposed to indicate the inevitable existence of L1 knowledge,non-semantic linking in L2 mental lexicon and the significance of syntagmatic knowledge as an indicator of L2 lexical development.
