摘 要: 艾什比提出的必要多样性定律为解决系统与组织管理存在的复杂性提供多样性的解决路径。比尔以VSM模型为基础,将艾什比的必要多样性定律和多样性工程应用在系统管理之中,通过放大或衰减环境与组织的多样性,实现多样性吸收多样性,形成系统管理中的多样性工程,成为解决系统组织中自治与民主管理问题的理论基础。 Ross Ashby's law of Requisite Variety provides a path to solve complexity problems of systern and organizational management. Based on VSM model, Beer applied Requisite Variety and variety engineering into Systems Management, by amplifying or attenuating the variety of environment and organization, to achieve that variety absorbs variety, forming variety engineering of system management, which has become the theoretical basis for the solution of autonomous systems organization and democratic management issues.
