摘　　要： 洛特曼语言观的嬗变对于文化符号学的创建与发展具有重大意义。洛特曼彻底摈弃了早期以自然语言为中心的思想，将“另一种模拟语言”放到了与自然语言相对平等的位置上，建立了文化的多语性概念。文化多语性成为洛特曼文化符号学的理论支点，并使他最终寻找到了解决文化符号学的核心问题——文化意义生成机制的钥匙。 The transformation of Lotman＇s point of view on language has great significance for the establishment and development of Cultural Semiotics. Lotman abandoned his former thoughts centred on natural language, proposed a ＂simulative language＂ that is somehow equivalent with natural language and created the concept of cultural multilinguality. Cultural multilinguality is the pivot of Lotman＇s Cultural Semiotics, and has enabled him to find the essence of Cultural Semiotics： the key to the generation of cultural meaning.
