摘　　要： 本文采用文献阅读、分析与总结等方法，对当前村级土地利用规划研究现状、存在的问题进行阐述并做出展望，为其发展和完善提供参考。研究发现村级土地利用规划研究存在诸多不足，如规划定位差异明显、编制内容分歧较大、相关规划之间的协调研究不足、缺乏时间序列的跟踪研究、实证研究滞后等。本文提出应着力构建村级土地利用规划编制的理论体系并不断完善；注重开展时间序列的跟踪研究和实证研究；搞好相关政策间的配套并协调好各类规划。 The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for current land use planning at village level by taking review of its current state, existing problems and prospects with many methods, such as literature reading, analysis and deduction. It was found that many problems existed in the research of land use planning at village level, including the divergences of its contents and placement, the lack of research on coordination between related plans, the lack of a follow-up study on time series and delay of empirical research. Finally, this paper concluded that we should put forth effort to establish the theory system of the land use planning at village level and improve it constantly, and pay attention to launch the follow-up study and empirical research on time series. Besides, the cooperation of various plans and matching of related polices are of great significance.
