高职院校“职业素质”教育的实施

摘  要: 职业技术教育人才培养模式不能仅拘泥于技术能力取向层面,还必须着眼于人的全面发展,应以“职业素质”培养为核心。高职院校实施“职业素质”教育应从四大层面展开,即办学理念应提倡“职业素质”教育,以培养特定职业素质技能人才为目标;课程设计应根据目标模式开展职业课程设计;教学方法应以专业所对应的典型职业活动的工作情境为导向,按照“行动导向”方式开展教学;评价体系应科学合理,评价标准应体现职业技术教育的特点。 The training model of vocational and technical education can not be limited not only to the orientation of technical ability but also focus on the overall development of people with the education of "professional quality"as a core. The education of "professional quality" in higher vocational colleges should be implemented in the four major aspects,namely,that the education of "professional quality'in school-running idea should he advocated for the purpose of fostering the skilled personnel in a specific career;that the vocational curriculum should be designed based on the target model in the course design;that teaching methods should be based on the work situation of the major corresponding to typical professional activities as a guidance and teaching is carried out according to "action-oriented"approach;that evaluation system should be scientific and rational,and evaluation criteria should reflect the characteristics of vocational and technical education ation.
