摘　　要： 泛珠三角经济的发展并非一个简单的雁行原理可以概括的，是地缘经济学和政治经济学的有机融合。本文以CEPA为出发点，探讨以粤港澳为中心的区域经济的发展模式。这个特殊经济圈的发展过程充满“试错-修正”及小样本到大样本的动态经济实验，这个模式的试错应该含常规的经济预警机制加上危机处理机制。 The development of WPRD economics is not only supported by goose flying theory, is a mixture of geographical economics and political economics. The article shows us the economical development model of Guangdong - HK - Macao center region based on CEPA policy. The development procedure of this special economics zone fulled with try - error testing examples and also the experiments pushed from small sample to large sample, an economical development model plus economics predicting system and crisis treatment system.
