摘　　要： 中国跨境供应链是快速增长的行业,企业要寻找有效有序增长的商业模式。文中研究调研几家典型医药跨境供应链企业归纳运营模式：服务平台化模式、标准化扩张模式和项目化拓展模式,指出医药跨境供应链企业的发展要以服务驱动为核心,结合已有的主营业务借鉴符合该企业的典型运营模式扣紧新版GSP质量管控来发展。 Cross- border supply chain is a rapid growing industry,effective and orderly growth is our concern. The medical logistics business platform and professional project management is the two reference models,the development of medical logistics enterprises should follow GSP standard to enlarge the pool of business under good quality control.
