信息技术与服务业创新的融合与互动关系

摘  要: 通过对广东省21个地级市2000-2010年的信息技术和服务业创新水平进行评价比较,发现信息技术和服务业创新水平表现出正相关性和非均衡性发展的现象,呈现出以珠三角为中心的核心—外围空间分布模式。实证结果揭示:广东省各个地区的信息技术和服务业创新之间存在长期均衡和双向格兰杰因果关系,无论在短期还是长期,服务业创新和信息技术之间相互影响的方向均为正,粤北山区的估计系数都较高;信息技术对服务业创新的短期影响力度大于长期均衡影响,而服务业创新对信息技术的短期影响力度比长期均衡影响小。 There has been no sector-level quantitative analysis on how ICT and service innovation integrates and interacts with each other, even though the popular use of ICT and its integration with service innovation have become an important vehicle to realize industrial upgrading. A study based on the evaluation comparison of ICT and service innovation in 21 cities of Guangdong Province for the period from 2000 to 2010 has found that ICT content correlates to the level of service innovation in a positive way, yet their development are non-equilibrium, in which case a pattern of core-periphery spatial distribution is noted. The research reveals that a stabilized equilibrium and two-way granger causality between ICT and service innovation exists in nearly all regions of the Guangdong Province. Either in a short period of time, or for a longer time, information technology and service innovation influence each other in a positive way, with a remarkably higher estimated coefficient in the northern hilly area of the Province. However, information technology' s short term effect on service innovation seems to be more obvious than its long-term balanced effect. On the contrary, service innovation affects information technology more on a long term basis than over a short period of time.
