摘　　要： 生产性服务业集聚区的科学发展有助于形成新的产业示范区和推动区域经济产业结构升级。研究在分析生产性服务业集聚区的基本特征、动力机制和演化规律的基础上,梳理了中央商务区、文化创意产业区、科技服务业集聚区、物流集聚区和服务外包集聚区等生产性服务业集聚区建设的国际经验,进而提出生产性服务业集聚区发展的启示。 Productive service concentration areas help form new industrial model area and upgrade regional economy. The paper studies the character, driving force, and evolution of modern productive service industry, concludes global experience and inspiration of central business district, creative industry district, scientiifc service concentration area, logistics concentration area, and service outsourcing concentration area.
