摘　　要： 跨文化适应（Intercultural Adaptation）是跨文化传播（Intercuhural Communication）研究领域的一个重要课题，本文通过文献研究发现，研究主要关注旅居者（客体）对东道国（主体）的大环境适应，而对适应的双向性和适应环境问题有所忽视。本文通过系列观察，发现了多层面跨文化适应的现象。本文指出，跨文化适应研究不应忽略主体向客体适应的逆反现象。而这种逆反适应现象会在“微观环境”下进行。微观环境的适应与微观环境的建构同步，建构过程中主次不明，双方互动协商，主客地位多有改变。 Intercultural adaptation is an important area of Intercultural Communication research with a major focus on so- journers＂ one-way adaption to the host country. With a case-study on a class of intercultural communication, we found that intercultural adaptation is multi-faceted. In this essay, we make a distinction between mieroenvironment and macroenvironment and propose a new perspective （i.e. mieroenvironment） to the study of intercultural adaptation. We ar- gue that the adaptation in microenvironment synchronizes with the construction of mieroenvironment; there is no clear dis- tinction between the guest and the host in this process, and they interacts and interchange their roles frequently
