摘 要: 以412名企业员工为样本所得出的包含开放、认可、宽容、共享和关怀5个维度23个项目的包容型领导具有良好的信度和效度,并且后续针对包容型领导影响员工工作繁荣和创造力的回归分析结果表明:包容型领导对员工在工作中的学习和活力体验、创造力具有显著正向影响,包容型领导各维度对以上3个变量的影响程度存在差异,其中开放的正向影响最强。 Based on 412 samples from Chinese enterprises, the paper builds the inclusive leadership content structure model, which consists of 23 items, includes the five dimensions, such as open, approval, tolerance, sha- ring, caring. The scale has good reliability and validity. By using multiple regression analysis, the paper found that, inclusive leadership can significantly predict employees' thriving at work and creativity. The degree of effect each di- mension on the above variables are different, which open has the most obvious positive effect.
