摘　　要： 高等职业技术教育培养的是面向生产、建设、服务第一线需要的高技能人才，而人才培养的最关键因素，是培养其核心能力。在教学条件、师资力量、课程结构、教学内容和教学进度安排上，应为学生顺利就业提供方便，为学生在学校期间就能掌握实际技能，获得职业培训证书和职业技能证书提供方便。 The target of the higher vocational education is to train the high - skilled personnel who is faced the first - line of the production, construction and service, and the most critical factor of personnel training is to develop its core competencies. Conditions in tecahing, teachers, course structure, teaching content and teaching schedule shoule be provided for students to facilitate successful employment, acquire practical skills during the period, access to vocational training certificates.
