摘　　要： 目的：研究公众选择社区医疗机构就诊的行为意向的影响因素。方法：通过调查问卷数据建立结构方程模型。结果：影响公众选择社区医疗机构就诊的因素主要为：医疗技术水平、就医环境与过程以及就诊患者的疾病情况。结论：建议提高社区医院全科医生对于常见病及慢性病的治疗水平,扩大慢性病的治疗和管理范围,吸引社区公众优先选择社区医院就诊,在社区内建立＂常见病、慢性病进社区＂诊治机制。 Objective To analysis the influential factors of public＇s health care choice in the community medical institutions.Methods We establish a structural equation model through questionnaire data.Results Model result shows the main reason that influence public,s choice of community medical institutions for treatment were： the level of medical technology,medical environment and process,and patients in the disease.Conclusion It is recommended to improve community hospital general practitioner level of treatment for common diseases and chronic diseases,expand treatment and management of chronic diseases,attract community public preference for community hospital,establish a treatment mechanism of ＂ the treatment of common diseases and chronic diseases rely on community ＂.
