摘　　要： 行政宪政化源于新宪政论 ,通过回顾新宪政论的研究背景 ,比较旧宪政论的创新观点 ,从而界定行政宪政化主要应当考量的五对关系因素。行政宪政化是对依法行政的内涵从宪政角度进行的提升和深化。 Constitutional Administration is deduced from New Constitutionalism.Through recalling the research background of New Constitutionalism and comparing the creative opinions of New Constitutionalism with Old Constitutionalism,author defines Constitutional Administration by mainly considering five couples of relationships.From the part of Constitutionalism , Constitutional Administration is a promotion and depth concept for the meaning of Administration according to Law.
