摘　　要： 中国各省区的农业龙头企业发展水平存在差异，尤以各地拥有的国家级重点农业龙头企业数量差异最为明显。本文使用中国31个省级行政区的相关数据进行的实证研究结果显示：信任和网络密度显著正向影响各省区农业产业化国家重点龙头企业的数量和农业龙头企业的总销售收入，而网络资源对各省区农业龙头企业的发展没有显著影响。因此，在一定时期内，各省区可以通过提高信任水平、提升社会网络密度等途径，促进农业龙头企业的发展，推进农业产业化进程。 The development levels of leading agricultural enterprises in Chinese provinces differ greatly, especially the number of national leading agricultural enterprises. Applying the relevant data of the 31 prov- inces in China, the results show that both trust and network density can significant positively influence the number of national leading agricultural enterprises and the total sales revenue of leading agricultural enterprises in each province. But network resource can＇t significantly influence the development of leading agricultural en- terprises. Therefore, provincial governments can improve the level of trust, increase social networks density to ensure the further development of leading agricultural enterprises and agri - industrialization during a certain period of time.
