摘　　要： 构建社会主义和谐社会，呼唤和谐文化和和谐教育。柏拉图《理想国》中的和谐教育思想为我们提供了许多现实启示，但是柏拉图和谐教育思想也存在着局限，当代和谐教育需要在现实生活中不断超越前人的思想。 Building a harmonious socialist society calls for a harmonious culture and harmonious education. The thought of harmonious education in Plato＇s ＂The Republic＂ offers many aspects of revelation for us, but Plato＇s thought of harmonious education also has limitations. The contemporary harmonious education in real life needs constantly surpass the thoughts by previous thinkers.
