摘　　要： 本文选取全国各地9份地方报纸国际新闻，从新闻来源、议程设置、报道风格、编辑技巧四个方面进行对比研究，总结分析地方报纸国际新闻的现状和存在问题，并从议程设置本地化、报道风格差异化、新闻编辑创新化三个方面对地方报纸国际新闻的发展提出策略建议。 By selecting the international news from 9 China＇s regional dailies of March 11, 2009, the paper gives a comparative analysis of the news contents in four aspects： news source, agenda setting, reporting style and editing technique. It also discusses the current situations and problems about the international news from the regional newspapers, and then offers three strategies for bettering the international news page of regional newspapers： （i） localizing agenda setting, （ii） diversifying reporting style, （iii） innovating news editing.
