摘　　要： 受行业协会发展的约束,在中国成为反倾销最大的受害国时中国的行业协会未能发挥其反倾销的服务功能。文章基于对全国行业协会调查问卷的结果,从行业协会内外部治理结构的九个维度出发,分析行业协会反倾销功能的主要影响因子。研究发现,对行业协会反倾销功能影响较大的因素包括激励机制、约束机制、监督机制以及政府支持,并且都是正向影响。 Considering the poor development of business association in China, it has not played its proper role in anti-dumping, even though China has been the biggest victim of anti-dumping. Based on the data from the survey of business association in Guangdong and Zhejiang, this paper will use Principal Component Analysis to analyze its function on anti-dumping from nine aspects. This paper finds that incentive mechanism, restriction mechanism, supervisory mechanism and government support play significant and positive roles.
