摘　　要： 法律上的人是指呈现在法律上的,法律准备加以规定的人类形象.法的历史上曾经存在过“义务人”“商人”“社会人”等法律上的人的形象,从法律上的人的演进历史可以推导出其演化规律.在生态危机蔓延的今天,传统法对人的理解需要受到检视,“生态人”的基本内涵,生态危机对传统法律人模式提出的挑战,环境法法律部门的兴起,证成了“生态人”必将成为法律上一个全新的人之形象.作为全新的法律上的人之形象,“生态人”有助于完善环境法学的理论体系和方法论,为建构环境法制度提供知识基础. The notion of ＂Man in Law＂ means legal understanding and expression of man,which acts as an elementary concept in the whole legal system. This paper efforts to explore the evolution of the ＂Man in Law＂, which comprises the man in ancient law, the man in modern civil law, and the man in social law. Moreover, this paper reduces the laws of how the man in law evolves, beyond which proposes the orientation of ＂Legal Man＂ pattern under the background of new times, and the new pattern is ＂Ecological Man＂. The newly emerging ＂Ecological Man＂ constructs the theoretic system and methodology of environmental law, and sets a knowledge base for environmental law regimes.
