摘 要: 随着我国经济和电子商务的快速发展,物流行业迎来了发展的黄金时期。随之而来的是客户对物流服务质量提出的更高要求,末端物流作为整个物流过程的最后一个阶段,是与客户直接接触沟通的环节,其服务质量直接影响着客户对配送服务的体验,影响着快递公司的品牌形象和信誉。做好末端物流配送环节对于满足客户期望,提高企业竞争力具有重要意义。文中利用文献分析的方法,对申通快递末端物流的概念进行界定,业务中面临的风险并针对风险进行防范措施研究。 As the economy and electronic commerce develop in China,the logistics industry is going on a fast track,especially courier service.Higher quality of this service is required by clients.Final distribution is the last stage of courier service,when clients are communicated directly.The quality of this stage affects the impression of clients,as well as the reputation of the courier company.To satisfy clients' needs and increase the company's market share,it is important to set everything in order when it comes to final distribution.In this article,previous reports are reviewed,the definition of final distribution in Shentong Express is outlined,the risk in this business and the according preventive measures are discussed.
