摘　　要： 女书引起外界的特别关注和研究，将近三十年了，但仍然存在很大的不足．尤其是关乎女书的一些基础性、根本性的问题的见解，仍然存在诸多分歧。集中阐述和分析这些分歧，并对如何破除分歧，推进研究提出一些相应的改进意见．对女书研究的前景和出路进行扼要的展望。有助于促成女书研究迈上一个新台阶。 It has been nearly three decades since Nvshu （feminine scripts） attracted people＇s special attention and study. So far it has achieved some success, but there are still some deficiencies and divergences related to the basic, fundamental ideas of Nvshu. This article focuses on and analyses these divergences, and brings forward a number of suggestions about how to get rid of these divergences and promote the study to a newer, deeper level.
