摘　　要： 从管理学角度简明了价值网的基本含义，描绘了协同电子商务的网络结构，分析了二者的关联统一性，继而探讨了价值网关联的协同电子商务解决方案及设计范式，并从理论上刻划了其解构模型，以期为联盟体中新型管理平台的再造或重构提供理想范式。 The paper first defines the structure of alliance body from the development angle of information technology and management, explains the basic meaning of value net, and generalizes the management targets of sharing the core resources and their continual optimization within the framework of alliance body value net. In order to analyze the foundation of virtual and collaborative relation with alliance body operation, the article also describes the structure view of the e-process; Secondly, via the characterization of the network structure of collaborative e-commerce and the analysis of their conjunction with the value net, the paper points out that the value net mode is to realize the value-added collaboration of enterprise value analysis, collaborative e-commerce mode is to realize the tool collaboration of the virtual operation of enterprises. The two collaborations amalgamate to carry out the construction of the core of alliance body, thus establishes the theoretical premise for a further discussion of the solution of collaborative e-commerce in conjunction with value net. Finally, in order to realize a management model with persistent value increment and all-around collaboration in alliance body operation, the paper constructively introduces a framework named ＂deconstruction model＂ with a systematic description. The framework is mainly composed of 5 technique interfaces, including first floor, collocation, tool, application service and portal, etc., and 8 key supportive platforms including distributed components management, system development, interaction management service, flexible management software, interaction management of alliance body, multifunctional interface, cross-platform database / heterogeneous systems, collaborative data management, etc., the model can provide an ideal paradigm to reengineering or reconstruction of the new type management platform in alliance body.
