摘　　要： 构建第五方物流结构模型,包括第五方物流功能体系结构模型和信息系统结构模型,从而建立应急物流保障体系,并对应急响应时效优化项目进行实证分析。实证分析结果表明,构建高效应急物流体系,提高应急物流体系的效率,提供供应链系统集成、服务链流程优化、运作链环节连通和价值链资源协同的第五方物流服务,能够满足应急时效快速响应,创新业务运作模式,最终实现应急物流保障体系流程优化的目标。 The fifth party logistics structure model is constructed,including the fifth party logistics functional architecture model and structure model of information system,so as to establish emergency logistics system,and the emergency response time optimization project for empirical analysis. Empirical analysis results show that establishing effective emergency logistics system to improve the efficiency of emergency logistics system,providing supply chain integration,optimizing service chain,connecting operation chain and value chain resource synergy of the fifth party logistics services can meet the emergency fast response,innovate business operation mode,and ultimately achieve the process optimization goal of emergency logistics system.
