摘 要: 双因素理论从独特的方法论视角分析病人激励问题,为克服传统病人满意理论的缺陷提供了有效的工具。文章应用双因素理论分析病人满意,阐述当前医院对病人满意的理解存在的问题,探讨了运用双因素理论塑造病人满意的医院运营策略。 The two-factor theory is an effective tool to overcome the flaw of traditional theory on patients' satisfaction by analyzing motivation on patients in view of unique methodology.Guided by the two-factor theory,patients' satisfaction degree was analyzed,and the problems of hospitals understanding patients' satisfaction were discussed.Based on which,some management countermeasures to construct satisfactory medical services environment for patients were discussed.
