摘　　要： 以资源消耗为基础的相对价值比率（ResourceBasedRelativeVahwScale,RBRVS）是美国医师服务收费的依据。介绍了RBRVS和基于RBRVS的美国医师支付系统，综述了其在国内外应用情况并分析了其存在的问题。 Resource Based Relative Value Scale （RBRVS） is the basis of physician service fees in America. The pa- per introduces RBRVS and the physician payment system which is on the base of RBRVS in America, and summarizes the application and problems of RBRVS at home and abroad.
