摘　　要： 以物流管理专业为例，探讨校企合作双主体模式下如何进行教学企业的构建，分析了教学企业运作过程中存在的主要问题，并提出了相应的解决措施。 In a case study on the teaching of professional logistics management, the paper explores the construction of educational instilutions and enterprises within the double-agent mode of school-enterprise cooperation, analyzes the main problems expected to be encountered by the enterprises and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
