摘　　要： 网络关系强度是企业技术创新过程中需要考虑的重要因素。在回顾已有文献的基础上,构建了网络关系强度、时间节奏、环境动态性和企业技术创新四者之间的理论模型,以珠三角地区企业为研究对象并进行了实证检验,结果表明:(1)强关系、弱关系对渐进式创新和突破式创新均有显著正向影响。(2)时间节奏在强关系、弱关系与渐进式创新关系中以及在强关系与突破式创新关系中均发挥了完全中介作用,在弱关系与突破式创新关系中发挥了部分中介作用。(3)环境动态性在弱关系与突破式创新关系中具有显著的正向调节作用。 The strength of network tie is an important factor should be considered in the process of technological innovation. This paper reviews the existing literature on the basis to build a theoretical model of strength of net- work tie, time pacing, environmental dynamism and technological innovation. Using sample date from the PRD en- terprises to lead an empirical analysis and the results indicate that： （1） Both strong tie and weak tie have a signifi- cant positive impact on incremental innovation and radical innovation. （2） Time pacing plays a full mediate role in relationships between strong tie, weak tie and incremental innovation and the relationship between strong tie and radical innovation, it also plays a partial mediate role in relationships between weak tie and radical innova- tion. （3） Environmental dynamism plays a positive moderating effect role in relationship between weak tie and radi- cal innovation.
