摘　　要： 全球电子商务环境下,供应链管理系统由紧密耦合的单一系统向松耦合动态绑定组件系统发展是其必然趋势,该研究通过综合运用语义Web服务技术和业务流程管理思想,提出一种实现智能动态集成的E-SCM系统框架,介绍了该框架的概念模型和功能模块,并通过采购实例分析其运行机制。 In global E-commerce,it is an inevitable tendency that supply chain management（SCM）develops from the tight-coupled single system to the loose-coupled and dynamic-bound modules.By applying semantic Web service technology and business process management theory,an intelligent and dynamic integrated E-SCM system framework is designed in the paper.The conceptual model and the function modules of the framework is introduced,and the running mechanism of the framework is analyzed through a purchase example.
