摘　　要： 针对广东省产学研合作政策支撑体系滞后的问题，基于动态演化的视角，构建广东省产学研合作政策支撑体系。从广东省产学研合作政策体系的现状出发，结合广东省经济发展的特点，通过产学研合作主体一模式、行为一机制、环境一体制的互动演化，形成产学研合作政策支撑体系。产学研合作政策支撑体系的形成与发展是一个动态的创造性过程。广东省产学研合作的顺利推进，依赖于产学研合作框架中主体、行为与环境三大要素作用的有效发挥。广东省产学研合作政策支撑体系的构建有助于推进产学研合作政策的系统化、规范化和全面化，促进产学研合作的发展，最终推进广东经济转型、产业升级和提升产业国际竞争力。 Since the lag of the policy support system of Guangdong＇ s Industry-University-Research Cooperation （ IURC）, this paper built the policy support system of IURC of Guangdong from the perspective of dynamic evolution. Combined with the current situation of IURC policy system and the economic development of Guangdong, the policy support system of IURC was formed through the interactive evolution of cooperation subject - model, behavior - mechanism and environment - system. The formation and development of IURC policy support system was a process of dynamic and creative, whose smooth promotion depended on the effective role which had been played by subject, behavior and environment in the cooperation framework. The construction of the policy support system of IURC of Guangdong province will promote the policy of IURC more systematic, standardized and comprehensive, will promote the development of IURC, and ultimately contribute to the acceleration of the economic transformation, industrial upgrading and industrial international competitiveness of Guangdong.
