摘　　要： 可以对专利技术的效能特征进行赋值,并以此为输入数据构建专利效能地图。该类地图有助于提高企业、投资机构、研发机构、技术交易中介和专利运营公司等机构在研发、营销、技术许可等活动上的客观性和决策效率。 This paper constructs a new kind of patent map by assigning value to patented technologies’ functions and clustering the function matrix.This new map diminishes the gap between firms’ technological and marketing strategies and has potential applications for venture capitalists,technology trading intermediaries,patent valuating agencies,R＆D institutions and entrepreneurs.
