摘　　要： 目的:了解我国社区医疗机构门诊药学服务状况,为政府采取相应的干预策略提供依据。方法:采用WHO的部分指标对社区医疗机构门诊药学服务质量进行定量研究。结果:(1)我国社区医疗机构门诊医生讲解药物使用方法情况较好,完全不讲解药物使用方法的比例很低(14.27%),完全讲解药物使用方法的比例将近一半(49.44%),但这与理想值100.00%还有相当大的差距。(2)病人询问药物使用方法比例是67.30%。结论:应进一步完善社区医疗机构门诊药学服务质量,满足患者对药学服务的需要。 Objective：To understand current situation of out-patient clinic pharmaceutical care in community medical institutions in China,and to provide some practical evidence for government.Methods：Adopting some indicators from WHO to quantitative study the out-patient clinic pharmaceutical care in community medical institutions.Results：（1）The status of explaining drug use to patient is good in out-patient clinic in community medical institutions.The rate of not explaining drug use to patient at all stands very low（14.27%）.The rate of explaining drug use to patient completely stands almost a half（49.44%）,which is still far away from the ideal value—100.00%;（2） The rate of patients＇ inquisition to drug use is 67.30%.Conclusion：It＇s necessary to strengthen the out-patient clinic pharmaceutical care in order to match the patients＇ demand of pharmaceutical care in community medical institutions.
