摘　　要： 目的了解临床医学本科毕业生择业效能感的现状及其影响因素。方法采用大学生职业决策自我效能量表（CDMSE-R）,对广州南方医科大学192名在校临床医学本科毕业生进行问卷调查。结果临床医学本科毕业生择业效能感在性别、家庭经济状况和不同求职期望等变量上不存在显著差异（;临床医学本科毕业生择业效能感显著低于其他大学生（t=-6.96,P〈0.01）;独生子女显著高于非独生子女（t=2.694,P〈0.01）;考研顺利者显著高于考研失利者（t=2.237,P〈0.05）;不同专业满意度的学生间存在显著差异（F=5.597,P〈0.01）。结论临床医学本科毕业生的择业效能感低于其他大学生,其受是否独生子女、考研是否顺利和专业满意度影响。 Objective To understand the current circumstances of career decision-making self-efficacy and influencing factors of clinical medical students.Methods Adopt CDMSE-R to conduct a questionnaire investigation on 192 clinical medical graduates of Southern Medical University in Guangzhou.Results No significant differences were found in clinical medical graduates concerning with the variables including gender,family economic background and different job-hunting expectations（P0.05）;The career decision-making self-efficacy of clinical medical graduates was significantly lower than that of others（t=-6.96,P0.01）;the career decision-making self-efficacy of only-child was significantly higher than that of non-only-child（t=2.694,P0.01）;the career decision-making self-efficacy of winners was significantly higher than that of losers in the postgraduate entrance examination（t=2.237,P0.05）;significant difference was found in graduates with different professional satisfaction（F=5.597,P0.01）.Conclusion The career decision-making self-efficacy of clinical medical graduates is lower than that of other graduates;which is influenced by only child or not-only child,winners or losers in the postgraduate entrance examination,professional satisfaction.
